You must bring a minimum of 15 acceptable items, and you will RECEIVE 60% of the selling price. Your check will be available on pick-up day.

You will get two pre-sale passes: One for 6:30 P.M. when the pre-public sale will be open to consignors only. The other may be used at 7:30 P.M. for your guest. One adult per pass. NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 10 AT THE PRE-SALE, PLEASE. Be sure to bring their measurements with you. We are allowing workers and consignors to bring one immediate family member with them to the pre-sale to help them shop. This includes your husband, mother or mother-in-law. This does not include your best friend, etc. We will be checking! You may give your guest pass to your friend and meet them at the guest sale at 7:30 pm on pre-sale night.

There will be an $8 participant charge per 60 items. (e.g. Client will be charged $8 for items 1-60. Client will be charged $16 for items 61-120, etc. No limit on any sizes. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY YOUR PARTICIPANT CHARGE AT DROP-OFF. 2 passes per $8 fee will be given to you. Clothing not sold must be picked up Saturday, July 17th, between 4 - 6 P.M. |

NEW THIS SALE YOU CAN NOW PRINT YOUR OWN LABELS FROM HOME!! NO MORE WAITING FOR YOUR LABELS. AFTER COMPLETELY ENTERING ALL YOUR ITEMS TO CONSIGN, CLOSE OUT YOUR BATCH AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION TO PRINT YOUR LABELS AT HOME AND APPLY YOUR TAGS BEFORE DROPPING OFF AT SALE. This will save you lots of time at drop off. You also need to print your inventory sheet and bring it with you when you drop off your things. It's really easy, just peel off the labels and stick the top part of the label to the front of your string tag and wrap the label around to the back so that the bar code is completely on back. Make sure bar code is not on edge of label and your label is flat with no creases. If you are unsure of how to apply labels, just print them and bring them with you when you drop off your things and we'll help you apply them. |

If you do not have access to a printer we will print your labels and inventory sheet for you. The labels will be $2.00 per page (30 items per page). Please let us now if you need us to do this for you before July 12th so we can have time to print them for you. Thanks. |

Be prepared to spend 15-45 minutes or more for drop-off depending on how well your items are organized. |

We want your shopping experience to be the best. Only excellent quality, “gently used” clothing will be accepted. |

Also, remember, consignors may shop early. The Consignor's Pre-public Sale is Tuesday, July 13th, 6:30 P.M-9:30 P.M.
Consignors will also have their own special night to shop the ½ price sale before the public on Friday, July 16th,
at 6:30 P.M. |

SATURDAY, JULY 17, 4 P.M. - 6 P.M.
If you are unable to pickup your unsold items, please have someone do it for you. Make sure they know your consignor number. You/they will be asked for consignor number when items are picked up. Items not picked up by 6:00 P.M. on July 17th will be donated. We cannot take these items home with us or pay extra rent to sit with them in the building. THIS IS THE ONLY PICK-UP TIME. Donations this season will be made to local children’s charities.
***One of the reasons our sale has become such a success is YOU - our consignors and our workers. If you are interested in working one or more shifts during the sale, you will be invited to our workers' Pre-Sale Event on Tuesday, July 13th.
