Get supplies from the Dollar General, Dollar Tree, OfficeMax or Wal-Mart. Please follow all instructions. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AT DROP-OFF.

You set the price!! Price to sell keeping in mind the quality, name brand, and condition. Ask yourself, “Would I buy these items at the price I am asking?” $4.00 is the minimum price. If an item cannot bring at least $4.00, do not bring it. Even though the computer will let you choose amounts lower than $4.00, the Sweet Repeats minimum price to be used is $4.00. If you have an item(s) that will not sell for $4.00, you may bundle it with something else to bring it up to the minimum price.

Shoes must be tied in pairs by shoelaces or a safety pin through the eyes of the shoes attaching the card to the pins. DO NOT BOX OR BAG. Shoes and laces must be in excellent condition. Limit of 5 pairs. Bring your best.
Articles must be in working order (batteries included) and clean. Small parts should be bagged in a clear Ziplock bag. Secure bags closed with tape to keep “little hands” from getting in. Attach a string tag to Ziplock bag with a safety pin. Then, if necessary, tape bag securely to the main item. DO NOT put tape over the string tag.

Bibs, bowls, etc. must be in clear Ziploc bags with the tag attached to the outside of the bag. Secure bags closed with tape to keep “little hands” from getting in.

All clothing and other items not sold as of 2 P.M. on Friday will go half price unless you indicate otherwise when entering them into the system.

Gather and organize the items you are selling. The more organized you are, the quicker Drop-Off will be. |

Order your items by gender and size before you start. Click here to review acceptable items. |

Prepare your items. Wash, iron, repair buttons, gather loose pieces of toys, and do what is
necessary to ensure that your items are in excellent condition. |

Clothing needs to be kept in numerical order, sorted by gender from smallest to largest. |

Items that do not meet our guidelines will be returned. |

Hang clothing on wire hangers. Plastic hangers are acceptable for 12 months and under. |

Hanger should look like a question mark when you are looking at the front of the garment. |

Gather your clothing in a neat pile beside you at the computer. |

Register below or on "Consignors" page to sign up as a consignor. You will be asked
for your name, address, email, and password of your choice (Write this down!!). |

You will be asked to complete some "training" screens to assure understanding of quality,
pricing and organization. Once you finish, you will be given a Consignor ID and a Batch
number (Write these down!!). |

Enter descriptions and prices for each item onto the website. Do this carefully and accurately.
You will be able to save your work and come back to it later if necessary. |

Choose if you would like to donate items that do not sell. You will be able to choose "None,"
"All" or select specific items to donate if they do not sell. |

PRINT YOUR INVENTORY SHEET. You can print after you finish the Donate screen, or go
back to the "Check Sales" button and pull your batch. You must bring your printed inventory
sheet with you to check in. |

TAG AND NUMBER your garments. |

Once you have priced your garments and have a listing on the website, safety pin a string tag to each garment. To help you keep your items in order, write the assigned number onto the back of each corresponding tag AND put your id# on the front of the string tag. Safety pin string tag to the right shoulder of each garment. |
The deadline to register and enter your items is Thursday, July 10 at midnight. You must have registered and entered all items to sell by this time. NO EXCEPTIONS!! |

When you come to the store with your items, we will have your price labels printed out for you to attach to your tags quickly and accurately before you leave. Make sure you bring your items in numerical order. Please allow 15-45 minutes for Drop-Off. |

Pick-Up Day is Saturday, July 19 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. This is very important since we can't store your items. You will receive a detailed inventory sheet, your unsold items and a check for items sold. ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER PICK-UP WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY. If you are donating all unsold items to charity, please leave a self-addressed stamped envelope to mail your check. |
